We like to keep our rates simple and clear: 1st Hour Onsite - £35 (Minimum charge) We do not charge for
the time we take to come to your house or office Additional Half Hours - £15 per 30minutes All rates include VAT when applicable The labour only rates above do not cover any parts or software required. If Any parts or software are required, we will provide you a separate estimate before purchasing. Payment for parts will be required before the parts are ordered. We offer free estimates based upon the information provided. If on attendance the required work involved exceeds the original estimate, we will inform you of the change in cost prior to the completion of works. will cover (at no cost to you) Berkshire, South Oxfordshire and North Hampshire. Locations outside these areas will incur
a charge for the extended travel Payments accepted by Cheque, Electronic Bank Transfer or Cash  Minimum 10% Discount to all
